Dealing with trauma

This term the theme for Ablaze is Dealing with trauma.

Our guest speaker is Peter Logue from the 9 am FMC congregation.

Peter will share from his professional experience, addressing common responses to small and large traumas such as depression and anxiety.

As Christians, we are not immune to mental health struggles. If this is not an issue for you, it may be helpful to understand friends and family for whom it is.
